African Bank
Dissatisfied and dissappointed

I applied for a loan from African bank for R9500 and an amount of R 1 262.33 was deducted to settle my home choice account. They then deposited the amount of R8 237.67 to my account. Now they sent me a statement showing that I owe them R 10 653.12. When I phoned them, I did not get a satisfactory answer as to why I was not told about any extra charges on the loan. I don't understand where this extra R 1 153.12 is now coming from since I was never told about it.
