Refund not happening

I cancelled my policies before they even got started. I then requested my funds back. It is now two weeks almost and still no money is being returned into my account and they still went ahead and deducted a premium.
I even emailed them the 1st of August and no reply.

They have now promised to get someone to call me back... I am waiting. I need my money back.
