No quote accepted - funds still deducted???!!??!!

I am very unhappy with the service received from Auto & General.

I have sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 14 / 15th of August whereby I did not accept the quote received.

You debited money from my account to the sum of R1213.34, I contacted your call centre on the 3rd and received a ref and you said I will be contacted within 48hours and it will take 3 - 6 working days for this to be settled.

I phoned again today and now they need to listed to the call recordings AGAIN!!!

This is really not acceptable and I see this as as I never gave any permission for you to deduct any money from my account.

If this is not sorted today I will take this legal matter further as a case of!!
I have given you enough time to respond to my emails and phone calls, I want my refund back today!

I am a client of Direct Access and that is were you received all my information.

If a big company like Auto and General can't sort something small like this as promised this really highlights your potential on service delivery!!!
