Waiting for my refund on my premium

Discovery cancelled my membership two weeks ago, and they are suppose to refund my premiums that they have already deducted. I am waiting for two weeks, every time they say someone is going to call me. I don't want anyone to call me I just want my money back, it has been two weeks already but they are quick in deducting the premiums but to refund they take their tiem. I want my money back today, not tomorrow or the next day TODAY.
