I cannot believe that I would call a branch (Boskburg - 011 878 0149) and no one is picking up and then call head office (0861 123 911) and still no one is picking up for 30 minutes. Why is this department doing the whole day???

Can someone call me, I have an urgent enquiry and would like to resolve it as soon as possible.
