Problems with the available balance with transfe

To who this may concern
i have written last week and didn't get any response from anyone at FNB i am based in London but have a FNB account.

i having problems with the available balance with transferring money and withdraws- this is ridiculously as i have personal accounts to pay and this is disturbing my process the solution now is to rectify this and by COB- have my money available for transfers and withdrawals
