I think its pathetic how many atm's are out of order in my area. Every atm I try to withdraw cash from is either offline, off or broken. This means I have to draw cash from another banks atm and get massive bank charges. There is no excuse for this poor service. I am honestly sick of the service I am receiving from this bank and when calling the call centres to inform them that all 4 atm's in my area are not working all I get is eish im sorry we will fix it. Definately moving to another bank asap!!!
