Credit life policy

I was retrenched on 28 june so I went to the branch to report on the 05 july that I was retrenched hoping that the credit life plan will assist me to pay the account for three months but now all I get are calls from their rude agents, i have submitted all required documents 05 july but even now there is no response from them.
