Bad Credit Report

This estblishment took /- R5400.00 from my account this month for a Credit Card debt, which i advised them that i was unable to pay in 2006 when i lost my job, without making any kind of contact with me personally and handed me over to a debt collector, again without making any contact with me personnally, however in 2009, they granted me a personal loan, for which they did a credit check and failed to highlight to me that i still owed them funds, which would have the oppertune time to do so as i was well in the process of clear all old debts, its truely disgusting how they went about this and after emails wassent for them to provide prove that they have tried to make contact with me regardingthis matter, with no response and no sense of just following proper process. This has created serious damage to my home life, with no remorse.
