Listed without my knowledge

FNB listed me on itc on the 11/ 03/2013 for a credit card not paid that i had in 2006.no one bothered to contact me to demand or even advise that i had an outstanding debt.(2006 i was arrested to my knowledge this card was paid up). my complain is what measures did they undertake to get hold of me because this listing happened a few weeks ago (no one from their legal dept made any effort to get hold of me and advise me of the outstanding debt.) I found out on the 6/5/3 and went to Fnb and paid the full outstanding debt and was issued with a letter confirming that its settled.my concern is the listing - I want it removed with immediate effect Since no one bothered to contact me. PLS HELP I NEED THIS JUDGEMENT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.
