Absa
Not using account, but getting billed

I havent been using my absa account for more then a year now, had and overdraft on it at one stage I owed R 200 on it, that now together with interest and bank charges went back to R 1000. How can I be billed if I am not using the account, I could not use the account at the stage that I owed the R 200 cause I just came off debt review but I am getting billed for a frozen account. I want the bank charges and interest reversed and I want to know what I owe ABSA on this account so I can closed it, useless bank.
