They did the same to me. When the operator called me and explained to me in order for them to source a loan I had to agree to paying R399. I told her that I was not interested and I will find a loan by myself. The end of the month they tried to deduct the money from my account but failed. Now they are sending me threatening lawyers letters. This company is a and their intentions are not to help you obtain a loan.
