R399.00 unauthorised debit

I browsed through Loan Locator SA website, I filled in the online application form. I submitted my application. After few minutes I received an sms informing me to pay in R399.00 at Pick n Pay, Absa or Post Office and fax the proof of payment and my copies of payslip, ID document and proof of residence to them. I did not do any of that because I was not interested in paying the upfront fees. A month later I received a R399.00 debit sms notification from my bank account from Loan Locator SA! For what? I do not know. I did not want their services, hense I did not send in my documents nor pay in the money. Now they go into my bank account without my permission that is and illegal. I want my money back
