Taking money that they dont deserve is nonsense

On 06/12/2012 i did an online application on the loan locator SA website for a personal loan. No one called me back to confirm my application or to explain their services to me. I thought it was an online loan application and that was the reason for asking for my banking details. I did not agree to any debit order to them. Later in December they made a debit order of r350 and i went to reverse as i had no idea i owed them anything. I do not owe them a cent and now they are threatening to hand me over to their legal department. I WANT THESE PEOPLE TO LEAVE ME ALONE AS I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING, i never received a loan or services from them at any time. If i did agree to pay them it would have shown on my credit profile and since it doesn't it means i didn't agree to anything.
