Loan Locator
Taken my money without my consent

I applied for a loan with loan locator SA. They sent me the contract confirming that an amount of R399 needs to be paid first before they will assist me. I advised that I didn't have the funds and decided to take out a loan with another company. My loan was paid out by the 2nd company and all was well. That happened the middle of November, then on the 26 November amount of R399 was deducted from my bank account ref loan locator and when I emailed them, I received no reply. I have now emailed them 4 times with no reply and I tried calling them just to be kept on hold for 9mins with still no results. I want a reply from them by Monday 9am or I'm taking their company to the police for, as I didn't agree to their contract but they deduct the funds from my account which has now resulted in my other debit order regrecting. I WANT A MANAGER TO GET BACK TO ME.
