Silverstar takes too long to repai

Report about dissatisfaction of service
I was involved in the accident on the 26th June 2013 and my car was taken to Silverstar Autobody. I was given a courtesy car to use while i was still waiting for my car to be repaired. On the 26th of August i had to return the courtesy car as 30 days had already elapsed. On the same date i asked them if they can give me the estimation as to when my car can be ready, and they said they do not have estimation date that time. I called again on the 30th July, and they told me that it may be ready on the 12th August, and it is just estimation. I involved my agent at Mutual and Federal and when she intervened she was told that it will be ready before the 9th of August 2013. I really do not know which story to believe and i do not have car to go to work, take the baby to cr? che, and other personal staff that i do on daily basis. I am so frustrated
