Would like to communicate my dissatisfaction with your brand customer service from Europa Car Randburg Branch,

I communicate to my vehicle insurance Mutual and Federal (Reheul Ellis) to book me a courtesy for Monday 19th August 2013, of which M&F gladly assist and getting me in contact with Mr Lesley Mputle from Europa car,
On the above I then request Mr Mputle to organise me a Polo Vivo courtesy car from Europa Car for 19th August 2013, I will get the car at BMW Club Motors in Randburg.

Monday morning, while checking my vehicle at Club Motors in Randburg a Europa Car agent is waiting for me with a Toyota Corolla (REG CA867445), at this pointing time the agent informs me that this is my courtesy vehicle,
I then make the agent aware that this is not my preferred choice of a vehicle and then explains the process on how the car gets available to clients, at this pointing time Im very frustrated by this as my request was done on the 16th of August 2013 and I'm also late for work..
Europa car agent then asks me if I m going to pay deposit in cash or credit "I said credit " I then pay and asks the agent if the car is in good condition, his answer was s
