TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLAUDINE - only looking fo

I received the worst service from your sales consultant by the name of Claudine. I tried to change my address details from Durban to Cape Town and she advised me that I needed to take out a new policy. I asked her why I needed to take out a new policy and she said that it was standard practice for when someone moved addresses. I told her this was rediculous but she insisted THAT I HAD TO TAKE OUT A NEW POLICY!!! I REMAINED ON THE PHONE FOR 30mins of my precious time giving her all of my details that were on the system already. When we were finished she even asked me to go to a glassfit to recheck my vehicle and pay a R200 joining fee. I told her this was crazy how I should pay for a policy I already had. I told her about the money I had already paid for this months premium and she said I should speak to a customer representitive and then she transferred me. Mohamed then picked up the phone and informed me that I had been conned into taking out a new policy when all I needed to do was change the addres. Claudine was a and all she wanted was the commision on a new policy, I would like her manager to call me and officially appologise to me for wasting my time. - Thank you
