I am a customer of FNB. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S4 and after struggling for 2 months to get the phone (poor service, poor admin), I finally received it after telling them I'm going to post on Hallo Peter. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now, went to 2 FNB's (where I sat in lines for hours), phoned the smart phone department (yet again) just to find out that ONLY new customers get the 100 minutes, 100 sms and 100mb data. How fair is it to treat your loyal, existing customers like this? We pay the same amount (R299) and get less, just because we made the switch earlier... In the whole process, nobody explained to me that I am not getting the contract with the phone. If I knew this was the case, I would not have applied for the phone. I am really disappointed and it is not like I can return the phone now. I really wish FNB would look after their loyal customers instead of trying to get new ones.
