Intimidated to pay storage fees

I had an accident on 29th March 2013 in the morning. My car was hit on the passenger door by another car. The other driver admitted guilt and we opened a case.
I reported this to the insurance and they haven't responded up to now!!!

HOW CAN IT BE NORMAL THAT MY CLAIM IS RECORDED, CAPTURED THEN IGNORED??
NOW BOTH Lerato Matunda & Nicolette Naidoo ARE FORCING ME TO COLLECT MY CAR AS THEY CAN'T STORE IT ANYMORE... BUT WHY CAN'T THEY RESPOND TO MY CLAIM ON WHETHER THAT ACCIDENT CLAIM IS REJECTED OR ACCEPTED???
