Smart deal?

My husband got an Ipad Mini 64 Gig which was advertised for R290 to be paid off over a 24 month period. We received the Ipad mini but was invoiced R371 per month for 24 months. If the deal changed should they have not informed us prior to delivery? This is no longer a smart deal as we'll be paying more than anywhere else. All correspondence was telephonically and when he called they just said sorry. This kind of service is to be expected by Beep bank.
