Easy switching, in under 10min? I first switched online on 28 Dec 2012, then it told me I had an error some one will call me. I waited almost 5days before someone made contact, and got contacted after I complained in the branch. After spending almost an hour on the phone it was sorted, I just had to scan and send the paperwork. Which I did, just to be told the payslip is to old. Now our payslips get sent from HR in Jozi to our CT branch, which is about a 2 week delay. I sent the most recent payslip last week Monday (14 Jan 2013) I followed up telephonically on Thursday (17 Jan 2013), after holding on for 15min, and being passed from one department to the next, my call was eventually answered. They said there is a delay with the admin department and it will be sorted out. I still haven't heard any call or anything. Ref number 13003-058143385. I don't think Michael Jordaan has to wait for anything, so why do I as a customer have to wait? Remember, a customer always has a choice. And after what ABSA did to me after 25 years I hold no loyalty to anyone. So fix it or I find some one who will.
