LIVID AT CREDIT CARD APPLICATION PROCESS

I am absolutely livid with the service I have recieved whilst trying to apply for an FNB Credit Card. I made a request online and got notification that I would be recieve a call from a FNB consultant. I was called by Patience Sithole (ref number SI2013052303002) on MAY 23 and was told to wait for a quotaion before sending through my certified ID copy as well as a most recent payslip. Two days passed with no quotation after which I called FNB Fast Apps and was informed that it takes up to 48 hours - so I waited. The next week, I still had not recieved any quotation so I made an online application attaching my payslip and ID ASWELL as emailed [Email Removed] Today, exactly 3 weeks after the initial application I called the customer service centre to get some assistance. I was redirected to EIGHT consultants, NONE OF WHICH COULD OFFER ME ANY SOLUTIONS BESIDES REDIRECTING ME TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT! The reason I made the online application is because I am unable to go to a branch during the week because of work and thought that this would be convinient! It has ONLY BEEN A HEADACHE AND I AM BEYOND UPSET AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE!!!
