Sanlam (waiting 16 weeks and still not finalised

On the 27th of March 2013 I had a stroke! I filed a claim against my policy on the 19th of April 2013! Its been 16 weeks and still its not been finalised! I was told it will be 4 - 8 weeks! Every other day its a new excuse or they send me just for new test and stuff! I've bee patient enough and wants results! I don't know why the hold up I had a stroke and that's final! So why the delay? If I had cancer I would've been dead by now because without the policy funds I can't go for therapy! A.N.C.Streiche
