Not allowing me to submit claim

I need to submit a claim and started the process but did not hear back from them. Now that I want to make changes to my claim, I am trying to contact them using their claims callcentre number and there is NO ANSWER. I eventually went onto their website on the 15th of Jan and entered my details for them to call me back. I received an sms to say that they will call me back within the day and still have not heard from them.

I have also tried to contact them since then. I have the times and the druations of the calls.

One was 17 minutes and the other was 19 minutes.

Please provide feedback urgently
