Wont pay money back and illegal cash advancing

I basically drew my last R100 out of my account on the 17th July 2013, there was nothing in my account left. on the 18th of july 2013 while at work i started receiving sms saying money was beign drawn out of my account, while i was at work. i laid a complaint by the department they got back to me and said that they wont refund me because my card is chipped with a pin, so all of sudden taht means they cannot clone my card, that is nonsence because since then i know of other people who have had the same thing happen to them. so i had R1000 taken out of my account and now they just want me to accept the fact that they did their job fully. so basically no one cares and this is the 2nd time fnb has done this. on my statements it shows that i drew my last money on the 17th July 2013 and that fnb gave a cash advance to whoever was drawing the money from my account and they may not ive me a overdraft or cash advance because im on debt review so illegal is the answer.
