I went to ackermans atterbury value mart on the 23/04/2013 to some shopping then went back on the 25/04/2013 to do exchange on some of the items than they said they must do a refund first back to my credit card which will appear immediately then i can do the purchase again then i decided to pay cash and use the money for something else i went to my account the money is not in my account even when i speak i spoke to their head office they tell me about seven days which for me as a customer its unacceptable since i used the cash that i had with me thinking i'll use the one they refunded.i work for this money and i cannot tolerate such a treatment by the them, to make things easy i reguested a gift card as some of the stores refuse to give cash she said no it will be back in my account, i would realy like you to help me so they will not do this to other customer's.i realy need my money it was R134.85, and went to Pep to exchange as well they had a problem of doing the refund to my credit card they gave me cash so why can't they do the same or do something that will suite the customer as well. Pls help me.
