I signed on with Discovery insure telephonically. I was impressed with the service and the future promise thereof as well as the benefits. I will however say I am now skeptical. Its been over a month and I have yet to receive a discovery information package in the mail with my insurance number and I do not have one number that I can contact should I be in an accident or if I need roadside assistance. I am throwing in petrol but dont have a card to swipe - hey 1 months of feul down the drain... I have purchased over R2000 worth of feul this month alone.
I had my tracker installed - thanks. But no information on how to track or brochure nothing.
All i know is that I am insured and have a tracker - however I do not have a number or cant use any benefits because I have not received adequate information. I am grossly dissapointed as I really expected more - especially as I was that impressed with the service I got when making an inquiry to change to Discovery Insure.
I am totally regretting moving, especially since Discover Insure was R300 more than other insurers quoted me. I may not have fancy cars on my insurance, however it is important for me to be insured.
