FALSE PROMISES LEADS TO TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

After the takeover from Carecross to Mediscor there was just suddenly no payment of any medicine. General Manager promised to sort out and reimburse what we had paid immediately. No payment and no claims going through. She bad mouthed me by my GP and about conscent from me to get info from my file. Suddenly membership terminated. No correspondence with main member about this. Policy AND website clearly states unlimited acute medicine benefit. CEO does not take calls from the public and they refuse to give his direct EMail address or numbers. I am protected by the Consumer Protection Act and will go to court if need be. Nicolene is a and I have proof of all of the BBM's she send assuring me that Mediscor must pay my claims as that is the agreement with Essential Med that they take members with their current scripts. She encouraged me to get as many scripts as possible. I want this matter resolved within 24 hours or I will take it further. Besides the media, there is social media and of course the Ombudsman. What pathetic service. After 3 years and 6 months and to think I referred so many people to Essential Med. Disgraceful! C. Keown
