Negligence in paying claims from service provide

Essential Med (Carecross) incorrectly rejected claims from Ampath. (My referring GP IS an Essential Med service provider). Written proof is available and has been submitted.
I have been trying for 6 months to get the matter sorted out. NUMEROUS e-mails was sent AND NUMEROUS telephone calls were made. I do not receive any replies or action from Essential Med.
Ampath has handed my account over for collection. All e-mails have ONCE AGAIN been forwarded to Ms Nicolene Williams and her team on 20 November 2013.
I have proof - in writing (e-mails with read receipts) - that I took all necessary steps to get the matter sorted out IN TIME.
