Anyone looking for insurance should steer very clear of any Insurance company part of the Telesure Group.

I have no idea where to start, I have had thee worst experience of my life with Virgin insurance, to the extent I feel I should rather start walking just so I don't have to deal with insurance companies again.

I'm skipping out how they initially try to you out of paying your claim and how the claim agents have a performance bonus based on claims rejected to the part of my vehicle repairs.

My car was sent to Proline in wynberg on the 20th june (13 days after my claim). I had requested for a panel beater that had been referred to by VW but was refused.

From my lights initially getting Thrown away to being miraculously dropping back from thin air to my car going back for the third time to fix there mistakes.fish eyes, orange peel, edges not sprayed, AIrcon stopped working, stickers missing and window tint scratched.
To top it off I was initially offered Retail less R5000 for my car, but after seeing the quality of repairs I have now been offered trade less R5000. R30 000 loss:( And they still persist on using the same panel beater.

And you still put up my premium???
