Over 5000 baht in calls

I am in Thailand on a teaching contract and I'm trying to pay my Bond, plus increase my daily limit of funds, I have made many calls and been calmwhile kept on hold, spent well over 5000 baht and still I can't transfer or increase my daily limit?

The last message from Standard bank was I must call into my branch to activate the zero limit??? From Thailand???
