Hello,
on the 20th of July, I went to open an investment account and to ask for assistance with my internet banking pin. I spoke to a lady by the name of Cindy. she send me to an empty desk where I waited for at least 15minutes. One of the employees called her to attend me. She came to me and asked rudely as to how she can help me. i told her and she helped me with opening a new account. when I told her to help with my internet banking password. she got so annoyed and send me to an empty desk again and told me to help myself. She then moved on to te next customer. When i called her to assist me she asked me if i expect her to leave a customer infront of her. I told her that she wasn't done helping me. She again said to me "You will wait there for me". Luckly some of her collegues who saw what she was doing to me came to my rescue. I must say what she did to me was a total preduce and she humiliated me by the way she was talking to me. FNB MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIER STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR.
