I phoned outsurance for a quote on a car i was going to buy. the operator told me that i would only start paying when i took the car in for checking by a approved branch, and if i don't take the car the quote would just fall away and I would not pay. I ended up not taking the car, bought a different one and am insured at someone else, but outsurance still took money out of my account. R590.04 without my approval for a car i don't even own. I've sent 3 emails and tried calling twice with no response. I just want my money back and to cancel the insurance i was never suppose to have.
