Over a year ago I paid up all my accounts as I was relocating. When I went to use my RCS card recently I was told by RCS that I had an outstanding ballance of Two hundred odd rand, THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHY. I however paid it. I then got a letter of demand from RCS 'S appointed collection agency for nineteen odd rand. I phoned RCS and was told I was paid up. I called the collection agency and was told I was paid up but had to pay ONLY R22, 13 to get a letter to issue to RCS that I am paid up - disgusting and now another R22, 13 out of pocket for an account that was originaly paid up.
