Harrassment and balances which never finish

On the 10 January 2013 I had a balance outstanding on my Edgars Account which was collected by MDB Attorneys. I paid an amount at Edgars and then I called them. They told me I still had R73.00 outstandin. I paid that immediately that day.
Later on I called them asking for a paid up letter. Since it was a Friday, they told me it would be emailed to me in 48 working hours. I waited for almost two weeks.
The day before pay day I get a sms that they would run a debit order against my account. I called them AGAIN and they said I had R200 plus/minus from agency fees and that they would reverse that and I would get a paid up letter. Now they call me to tell me I owe them R400.
This is incompetence and harrassment at its best.
