When querying a missing payment on Online banking, I have been transferred from one department to another and land up at Telephone banking everytime. No - one is interested in helping me and holding on listening to my complaint of missing funds. The staff have been most unhelpful and seem to want to pass the buck. I have never experienced such bad service before. I was even asked for my pin number??? Not a banking institution I would recommend. Cannot even be transferred to a Supervisor. Been asked for a pin number again by another agent, Grace, Oh my word!!! I find it incomprehensible that after warnings of not divulging pin numbers to staff, you fail to want to assist me without giving you my pin number telephonically.
