I moved from student credit to platinum credit. I received the new card only to find that the card limit is still R200 (LOL). I tried to increase it, but apparently they are unable to do so even after supplying me with the new credit card? Apparently I need to close my current credit account and reapply? WHY, you already gave me the new card? A lady in their credit department said she would resolve the issue, though this has been over 3 weeks ago and she's not replying to my requests. Seriously, you give me the new card; then I have to reapply; then you attempt to fix it and I don't hear from you again? ABSA's service is horrible, apparently the only way you can get absa to act is to complain on hello peter. We'll see what happens
