Debit order error, and immature staff

I am so disappointed with the way miway is doing their service, on the 29th they debited R63.80 instead or R615, being the honest person that i am i took my money and phoned them to ask why, instead on being assisted the consultant put me on hold for more than 30 min, you can imagine how much airtime i spent, then eventually i got cut off. The following money morning i called again and got this immature lady who didn't tell me what the problem was but told me that i have to pay R1300 something end on August, i told her that it was ridiculous and i was not gonna pay that as it was not my fault the under debited, she told me that she me that i should hold, then i said i was not gonna hold as i was put on hold the previous day for long time and i asked her to call me back once she has the answer and promised to call at the before the end of the day. Until today i have not received a call from anyone and if they dare debit that money i reverse it and cancel the stupid insurance.
