I am very disappointed with Budget Service, my no claim bonus was due end July 2013, of which was also confirmed by a budget consultant, No payment was made end july, so I called again and was told that this was no longer due, and I was given some invalid reasons and will get managment to call me, nobody called. i tried to call again, got hold of Mr Eric Swanepoel, wh was very helpful and directed me to the head of the department, lady name Cyrstal, I discussed my concerns with her, she then directed me to another consultant who again said that the no claim was not due anylonger, i then called Crystal back and she said she will get back to me, to date I am still waiting. This treatment is appalling and I do not like the way budget is handling this matter. STOP PASSING THE BUCK!! All I need from Budget is to do honourable thing and pay WHAT'S DUE TO ME...
