My husband were in an accident on the 27/June/2013. The vehicle were still drive-able, but I told the person when I phoned the next morning that the vehicle don't want to go in gears, she advice that we can stll drive the vehicle. I asked them to phone my husband and sort the issue out with him.

Our vehicle was towed in a week later. Whereby the repairing house phone and let us know that the assessors decided that they will not pay for the damage to the gear box. We phoned Clement Myambo requesting the reason for Discovery not paying for the gear box. He advice us they did not decide yet that they will have a meeting and he will get back to my husband. Today I phoned again, my vehicle is not repaired and I will have to give the rental car back. I just received the Assesment report at 3:08 on. Please listen to all phone calls.

I don't understand why Discovery will not repair the vehicle.
