We are in the process of applying for a new bond, for the last while a Premier banker has contacted us to let us know that she is available to assist us, we have never utilised this service as there was not a need for it. So to make our application "easier" we decide to contact this premier banker... what a disaster! We have had no feedback/responses except for when we have followed up, which was every time. When trying to call she is not available, never calls back and does not even return calls despite messages being left. She does not respond to emails either. With in hours we have received approvals in principles from other institutions but not from our own bank! Our buyer however received approval in principle within 24hrs from fnb yet it has been a week since we submitted and guess what still no answer. The floors, inconsistency in process and service or lack there of is completely unacceptable. Clearly I am not a very valued client at my bank despite all my business sitting with them. FNB, you should change your slogan cos at this stage you are not of any help to me and it is not the first time I experience such terrible service from you!
