No response from the FNB bond department

Hi,

I'm not getting anywhere with FNB and their bond division. In addition to getting very slow to no responses from the FNB Premier Banker. Over 2 months ago, I put a request in to accept additional funds into my home bond. No one seems to care about carrying out the request.

I'm getting tired of being ignored by FNB and their bond department. And think they really need to make a plan to make their customer service better. When it comes to FNB and interacting with their bond department, it just doesn't work. And the more highly you get "ranked" by FNB (recently became a private client), the worse the service gets.

This whole procedure, which includes the interacts with my "Premier Banker", has put serious doubt in my mind regarding the future of FNB and myself.
