What is the use of a premier banke

Last week I started the process of applying for a second home loan. However, I did have some questions. I contacted my premier banker on Thursday to discuss this with him. I could not get a hold of him and left a voice message. It is now Tuesday and no one has bothered to phone me. Why? To me, this is unacceptable service.
