Hello Peter! (Mashangoane) - I have sent you a couple of mails and the calls are not getting any less, nevermind going away entirely. I will be forced to change my number and not let AB know about it if this continues. I have full communication with you via email and we have quite a good understanding, I would say. Every month we have to speak about the same thing... complain complain complain! Last night I had to literally scream at the top of my lungs at a lady, coz she called me at 8h20 PM. I haven't gone back to my manuals, but im pretty sure that exceeds the time limit according to the law!?

Can we not come to an agreement that I NOT get called, unless I give you reason to harass me? If you, Peter, call me, I absolutely don't mind, but these call centre agents who have a habit of annoying me, NO! I will simply put the phone down in their ears if they call me again, or just let them speak and not answer or speak so that it costs AB a load of money!! I don't know, whatever, just get them to stop calling me!
