Peter Mashangoane has been absolutely brilliant, helping a lady in desperate need of clearing the default on her name - Peter took the extra steps to obtain all documents needed. Even if this was not part of his problem.
So much better than the "its not my problem call centre" of African Bank.
How so ever is this mans supervisor he deserves a BIG BONUS for excellent service and going beyond the means to assist me
