Poor Customer Service

I am highly dissapointed in this insurance. Last night I called the customer care number to assist me as my tyre fell off while I was driving. I phoned the customer care and was assisted by a man who took a while to figure out where I was situated. He then told me he would call me back in 10 minutes to confirm when the tow truck will come to assist me. When he did phone me back he informed me that there wasn't a tow truck available in my area at the moment. For an insurance that prides itself on putting women first, I feel you really let me down as it was past 10 and I was alone (a female riding a golf 5). By the time the guy phoned me back the other vehicles on the road had assisted me already. At that point I told him his assistance was no longer required and then this morning I get an sms saying that my claim number is xxxxx. Claim number for what exactly?
