Angry, Frustrated, and Disappointed

The consultant from Port Elizabeth called me offered me an uograde from gold account to Platinum card, the problem is that she didn't tell me everthing, yesterday when I try to logon on the internet banking I could'nt then I have the call centre and they told me my card has been blocked for that because I'm doing an upgrade, now I have to do transfers and they told that I will only able to do when I've got the new card and the card was only sent yestersday to Cape town, this is very frustrating because I have to go inside the bank and I cant even view my statement, I hate myself for upgrading and Iwill never do something over the phone especially with Standard bank and I'm also considering to change the banks now, I'm so angry and frustrated
