Joined Multiply, still charged full fees at VA

Joined Multiply, but Virgin Active is still charging me full membership fees.
Have had VA membership from Jan 2013 and Multiply membership from Jan 2013.
5 weeks later after again enquiring about it, I apparently have to go in to Virgin Active and register a whole new account...

This is, as Multiply NEVER informed me that for me to qualify for the discount you have to go and register a new account with VA!!!
