Good day Adele. Please find attached the certificate of registration form for the vehicle and the Notice of Change of Ownership form which I have completed and was sent to you on 04042013.Please have a senior/ manager call me regarding the below complaint. I'm upset and angry with you guys, reason being is that I was told by outsurance that I had to request the certificate of registration from the traffic department, which I went to on Friday and Saturday. I spoke to two different consultants on those date, who advised me that the certificate of registration form is what I need to give you. I need you to contact me a.s.a.p as this was instruction given by outsurance, that I go to the traffic department and that I request copies from the bank. I had the RC1 CERTIFICATE all the time. I called again this morning and spoke to VJ who said that the RC1 CERTIFICATE is what outsurance is looking for. Why outsurance made me call the bank and drive to the traffic department twice, this is unacceptable, that is not what I the customer has been paying for all the years, this is not good customer service at all and I want outsurance to know that I'm not very happy and this cau
